As part of its 25th anniversary celebrations, Kapitalbank has launched “Eco-Zone Kapitalbank” a social and environmental project creating a network of modern urban spaces that combine comfort, technology, and a responsible approach to nature. The first location has been opened in the Lokomotiv Park, becoming attractive destinations for both residents and visitors of the capital.

In its anniversary year, the bank has chosen to focus on practical initiatives. Moving away from traditional festivities, Kapitalbank is implementing social projects aimed at developing the urban environment and improving the quality of life for citizens. The Eco-Zone project combines an eco-friendly philosophy with advanced infrastructure, offering two formats tailored to different leisure and work scenarios.

Eco-Zone Family is a space designed for outdoor recreation. It features swings and creative tables, with thoughtfully planned zoning that allows children to spend their time productively while parents relax in a comfortable, safe environment.

Eco-Coworking is a modern open-air space for study and work. The area is equipped with everything needed for productivity—from ergonomic workstations to device charging solutions—allowing visitors to stay connected and work efficiently outside the office.

The central element of the location is an open pavilion equipped with solar panels. This use of renewable energy enables visitors to charge mobile devices while they walk. The spaces are complemented by functional benches and soft LED lighting powered by energy accumulated throughout the day.

“The opening of these spaces in the Lokomotiv Park marks the next step in Kapitalbank’s environmental initiatives. We strive to integrate green solutions into everyday life and create spaces where people can work, study, and relax with equal comfort,” said Oksana Lyndina, Advisor to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Kapitalbank.

The Eco-Zone Kapitalbank project demonstrates how businesses can create a technologically advanced and sustainable environment for future generations. Such initiatives enable Kapitalbank not only to develop urban infrastructure but also to foster a culture of responsible resource use.

By the end of the year, similar spaces will be introduced in all cities where Kapitalbank branches are present, making modern eco-friendly formats accessible across the country. In total, 14 such zones will be created.
