Yusupova Madina Abduvarisovna was born in 1983. In 2004, she graduated with a Bachelor's degree specializing in “Banking” from the Tashkent Financial Institute, and in 2006, she received a Master's degree specializing in “Credit” from the same institution. She began her professional career in 2002. She has been working at JSCB Kapitalbank since 2009. In April 2025, she was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board
