Yaxyoev Akmal Anvar ugli was born in 1989. In 2011, he graduated from the Tashkent Financial Institute with a degree specializing in “Finance”. That same year, he began his professional career in the banking sector as a trainee in the secretariat of the Central Operations Department at JSCB Kapitalbank. Since April 2025, he has been serving as Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board.
