Kapitalbank received the Top Employer international certificate for the third time. With this, the bank once again confirmed its compliance with high standards in the field of personnel management, corporate culture, and human capital development. The award ceremony was held at the prestigious Palazzo del Ghiaccio in Milan.
The certificate is issued based on the results of an independent audit of HR practices conducted by the international organization Top Employers Institute in cooperation with an auditing company. The evaluation process analyzes employee management strategies, working conditions, training and development, corporate culture, and employee engagement levels. Based on the results of a comprehensive audit, Kapitalbank reaffirmed its status as Top Employer Uzbekistan and maintained its position as the first and only bank in the country to receive this certificate three times.
"It is a great honor for our bank to receive such high recognition for the third consecutive year," says Oksana Lindina, Advisor to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Kapitalbank." "Obtaining an international certificate confirms the correctness of our strategy for working with selected personnel and serves as a benchmark for our further development. We systematically invest in employees and create the necessary conditions for their professional growth, as Kapitalbank's success directly depends on the success of each member of our team."

Today, the Kapitalbank team comprises nearly 4,000 employees. The average age of employees is 33 years, which indicates that the bank pays special attention to attracting and developing talented young specialists. In particular, special attention is given to fostering a culture of women's leadership and equal opportunities: women hold managerial and expert positions and actively participate in important strategic projects that determine the main directions of the bank's development.
The Kapitalbank Academy plays an important role in the development of professional skills. Its activities are supported by a robust system of training managerial personnel. Currently, about 80% of the positions of department head and higher management roles are filled from the bank's own talent pool. The main tool of this system is the Top-500 program, aimed at training future leaders, which serves as the bank's corporate talent reserve.
"It is crucial for us not only to attract and develop the best specialists but also to create a favorable environment for them to demonstrate their potential and become leaders," says Kirill Maevsky, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "Kapitalbank." "The Bank's strategy is aimed at the sustainable development of human capital, supporting women's leadership, actively involving young people, and strengthening corporate culture through education, corporate sports, and innovation."
In 2025, Kapitalbank implemented several strategic HR initiatives aimed at creating a modern ecosystem for employee training and development. In particular, one of the main projects was the Kapital People platform, which combines elements of online education, a digital library, corporate communications, and interactive games. This project was awarded a gold prize in the "Innovations" category at the EMBRAS 2025 award ceremony and received international recognition.
Obtaining the Top Employer Uzbekistan 2026 certificate once again confirms that Kapitalbank is one of the leading employers in the country. This, in turn, makes the bank the number one choice for talented youth, demonstrating its commitment to creating a modern, responsible, and attractive work environment.
