On April 24, there was a meeting of the HRD community, which became a platform for sharing experience and knowledge between experts in the field of human resource management. The meeting was held at the recently launched Kapitalbank Academy.
The participants of the event were HR directors of leading companies in Uzbekistan such as Uzum ecosystem, Korzinka.uz, Makro, Beeline, Texnomart, as well as their colleagues from other banks.
— We are glad that today we have a space not only for training Kapitalbank's employees, but also for networking and exchange of experience among HR directors of leading companies in Uzbekistan. It is impossible to overestimate the role of HR directors, as they are the link between management and employees, contributing to the formation of a cohesive team, development of corporate culture and successful achievement of common goals, — said Oksana Lyndina, Director of HR Policy Department, Member of the Management Board of JSCB Kapitalbank. — Our meeting was an important step in the development of the professional community and establishment of new ties between the participants, and we hope that such meetings at Kapitalbank Academy will become regular.
The main topics of the meeting were digitalisation of the HR system, key trends in human resource management, interaction between HR and CEO and other topics. The speakers of the meeting were Oksana Lyndina, Director of HR Policy Department and Member of the Management Board of Kapitalbank, and Vera Dianova, HR Director of Uzum Tezkor.
The panel discussion experts were Roman Mazur (CEO Mountain Ridge), Zinaida Starukhina (HR Decosystems Uzum), Nargisa Baimirzaeva (Director of transformation projects ISHONCH), Anastasia Khrisanfova (Managing Partner UpScale11), Anna Parshina (Managing Partner UpScale11).
