“Kapitalbank” JSCB announces the issue of the corporate bonds in the amount of 50 billion UZS. On April 24 the Agency on the capital market development registered issue prospectus, the sale of bonds will start on May 9.
“Kapitalbank” issues 50 000 non-cash bonds with the nominal value of 1 million UZS each. Circulation period – 7 years, yield – 20%. The interest is accrued on the monthly basis, and the total value of bonds will be repaid to the holder within 10 days after the expiry date of circulation.
Bonds will be placed and available for purchase within the year on the Republican Stock Exchange “Tashkent”.
