Kapitalbank has opened an academy for employee training

In Kapitalbank Academy, employees can attend free training in a variety of areas to enhance their professional and personal skills

The largest private bank in Uzbekistan announced the start of its own educational centre, where trainings will be provided for more than 3,000 employees of the bank. The training programme has been designed to meet demands and specific needs of the bank's employees. The courses will be conducted by trainers of the training department with successful experience in personnel training and development. Any employee of the bank can attend the trainings.

The goal of training is to develop professional and personal skills of employees. For example, the programme includes trainings on sales of the bank's products, training of trainees in the Contact Centre for servicing legal entities and individuals, training of young specialists of retail business department and many others. Kapitalbank also pays great attention to training its employees in the so-called "flexible skills": change management, mentoring, delegation, staff motivation and other soft skills. Training will be conducted in Uzbek and English languages.

Trainings can be held offline or online, which is convenient for employees in the regions. Kapitalbank Academy offers a conference hall with a capacity of up to 55 people, as well as classrooms with a total capacity of up to 120 trainees for business games, meetings and seminars.

In February, the academy launched an application for remote training of employees, even with no Internet connection. In addition to courses, the app has all the latest news as well as a library of literature for each course. In addition, at the end of 2023, the bank launched its own Telegram channel — Careers in JSCB Kapitalbank — for specialists who would like to work in the banking sector. Here, professionals from all over the country can find current vacancies from Kapitalbank, as well as receive useful hints and recommendations from HR specialists on how to build a career in finance and banking sector.
