Kapitalbank broke its own records by gathering more than 300 participants among its employees in the Samarkand Marathon. A grand laser show in Registan as part of the Samarkand Marathon 2024 was a gift from Kapitalbank for all marathon employees.
On November 3, 310 bank employees took part in the annual Samarkand Marathon. The bank employees covered distances from 2 km to 42 km. An active participant in marathons, Acting Director of the Marketing Department of Kapitalbank, Shirin Yusupova took part in a 5 km race for parents with special needs children, organized for the first time by the Foundation for the Development of Culture and Arts of Uzbekistan as part of the Samarkand Marathon 2024. Also from the bank was the leader in the race to a distance of 5 km in the overall standings, taking one of the prize places.
Over the past year, Kapitalbank employees have taken part in 5 marathons throughout Uzbekistan. At the same time, the bank provides all athletes with transfers, meals and uniforms for the races, as well as various excursion programs for its employees as part of the event.
