2. To receive the documentation, a potential Participant must send an official letter of request on the organization's letterhead to the email addresses of the listed persons.

3. The tender documentation will be sent by the Bank to the email address specified in the request letter, or delivered in person to an authorized representative of the Participant upon presentation of the original power of attorney and a passport.

4. The Participant undertakes to send Appendices No. 2–5 by email upon the corresponding request of the Bank.
