Kapitalbank’s «Equal Opportunities» project, aimed at improving financial accessibility for people with disabilities, has been honored with the silver award at the international Employer Brand Award & Summit (EMBRAS 2026) in the «Good Deeds» category.

This year, the international EMBRAS award brought together 34 companies from Uzbekistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Israel, presenting 73 projects across nine categories. The initiatives were evaluated by an independent international jury comprising 29 experts from 25 countries worldwide. Awards were presented in categories covering various areas of human resource management, corporate culture, and social responsibility.

The international jury commended Kapitalbank’s systematic approach to creating an inclusive environment. As part of the «Equal Opportunities» project, over 2,000 bank employees underwent specialized training. The acquired knowledge and skills help improve the quality of service for customers with disabilities, making banking products and services more accessible and convenient.

This is already Kapitalbank’s second award at the international EMBRAS ceremony. In 2025, the bank secured first place in the «Innovation» category by presenting the Kapital People mobile application for employee training and development, alongside an AI-powered course development system.

The EMBRAS 2026 awards once again demonstrated that leading companies in the region pay special attention to social projects that improve people’s quality of life. Kapitalbank’s success highlights its leading position not only in the financial sector, but also in the spheres of sustainable development and social responsibility.
