Requirements for safe deposit boxes and related elements:
Features of the deposit module:
- hidden loops for better protection and security;
- the lock must be certified by at least UL (USA), client / master key;
- cell access control system - manual;
- coating of the "front part" must be made of stainless steel (silver).
The modules should be arranged in such a way as to provide the following quantitative indicators:
The total number of modules is 8 pcs.
The total number of deposit boxes (300 mm wide, 450-600 mm deep):
- cells with a height of 525 mm – 24 pieces;
- cells with a height of 256 mm – 24 pieces;
- cells with a height of 126 mm – 72 pieces:
- cells with a height of 74 mm-240 pieces;
Pull-out shelf – 8 pieces.
Exact dimensions may differ based on the technical characteristics of each specific manufacturer, but approximately correspond to the specified parameters; quantitative indicators may also vary in the range of +/-15%, depending on the size of cells and modules.
The cells must be equipped with closed-type trays with a sealing or stamping device, as well as with possibility of using an individual padlock. The individual cell numbers should be marked on the cells;
Vault Door requirement:
1) Modern and elegant design;
2) Combination and key locks with a threaded (snap-on) connection to ensure greater security;
3) A complex blocking device with a 5-level system for protection against hacking/penetration.
4) A lattice door.
5) Specifications: Overall dimensions - (H x W x D) 2020 mm x 1200 mm x 297 mm; Door dimensions - (H x W x D) 1850 x 900 x 178; Door clearance - (H x W) 1830 x 840;
Wall opening - (H x W) 1975 x 1160; weight-650 kg.
6) Equipping with door locks ofof at least “C” class.
Other conditions.
1. Warranty period - at least 2 years;
2. Separate delivery of the depository and vault door is not allowed.
3. Free maintenance of the depository during warranty period;
4. Training of bank employees;
5. The product must comply with sanitary and hygienic standards;
6. Packaging must ensure safety of the goods during their transportation and storage;
7. The supplier company must provide an up-to-date letter on the manufacturer's letterhead stating that it has authorization for sale, installation and maintenance of a safe deposit box in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan for at least 2 (two) years.
