Strategy of Bank
The Bank’s Strategy (up to 2010):
The Bank’s Strategic goals are to maintain the position of an up-to-date outstanding competitive bank of Uzbekistan who offers the wide range of services throughout the country as well as to enter the top 6 banks of Uzbekistan in terms of assets and equity volume:
• Development of the bank’s infrastructure at the expense of expansion to regions. Opening of 15 branches and 30 minibanks in the large cities and regional centers of the country
• Number of corporate customers is expected to reach 10,000 and that of individuals – up to 1 million
• To be among constant leaders in terms of efficiency indicators
• To become the leading bank in the retail services market and capture at least a 50% share of money transfers
