Respect to personality.

Respect regardless of anything. This is a crucial value from the ‘good & evil” category. If a person has respect towards a personality, it’s ‘good’ and ‘light”, if he does not, it’s ‘evil’. Respect here is unconditional. People with ‘disrespect’ virus should immediately be avoided. This is about acceptance and forgiving, recognition of people with all their weaknesses.

Customer orientation.
Bank for a customer, not customer for a bank. The richer our customer becomes with our service, the more money can we get. The customer’s loyalty with respect to bank rises. We always try to pay attention to preferences of our customer and to meet them. Sometimes we do it at the expense of our interests but these are strategic investments. We can achieve a mutually beneficial result by identifying the customer’s interests, adding our own interests to them, thus, we have cooperation. If we multiply this cooperation by time, we will reach the mentioned result.

Aspiration to leadership.
Constant aspiration to leadership , being number one. In our work, we try to induce the ability for competition. This is an aspiration towards leadership insider our stuff, this induces and motivates us considerably. We have a ‘decent student’ complex, excellent grades don’t satisfy us. We work on our results constantly to keep our title of champion and not let anyone else take over. We always look for new approaches to the achievement and maintenance of you leadership.
